    SACRAMENTO, Calif. – One of the silver linings of the coronavirus pandemic and the statewide stay-at-home order has been safer roadways.

    The California Highway Patrol reported Tuesday that with traffic volume down, the number of collision, drunk driving arrests and other incidents on the state’s roadways have continued to decline.
