    IMPERIAL — Two Imperial Irrigation District directors on Tuesday voted against extending a service agreement to the Diversity Consulting Group, whose president, Alex Rodriguez, is the nephew of IID Board President Norma Sierra Galindo.     EL CENTRO — IID’s Energy Consumers Advisory Committee Monday night voted against recommending to the district’s Board of Directors that it end the moratorium on electrical disconnections.
