The El Centro Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau presents a Star Award monthly to an employee who continually gives outstanding customer service. We would like to have your input in determining who should receive this award.

The following is the criteria that is used in selecting a Star Award recipient:

1. Appearance and appropriate dress for job.
   
2. Immediately acknowledges customer upon arrival.
   
3. Greets customers with a smile.
   
4. Committed to prompt customer service.
   
5. Gives undivided attention while servicing customers.
   
6. Is a team player within organization?
   
7. Treats customer with respect and dignity at all times.
